Terry Earl Taylor
We are happy to announce that both Pete and Ieuan will
be harping with us through 2019.
Both serve up the downright dirty blues we love.
How lucky are we to have snagged such amazing talent!
Pete Wearn has been playing the harmonica for over twenty years, most notably as the longstanding frontman of lofi-electric blues trio .44 Pistol. In recent years he has focussed on his work as a solo act under the name Pistol Pete Wearn, releasing two highly regarded albums, winning Moonshine Magazine solo blues artist of the year for 2016 & 2019, and touring extensively in the UK and Europe as well as supporting such luminaries as Mud Morganfield, Billy Branch and American folk superstars The Stray Birds. He once met Billy Gibbons from ZZ Top in the men's bathroom of a barbecue restaurant in Houston, TX.
Yay Edge - Spider, Pirate, Dog and Drivetone.
Yay is a seasoned harper - very well known for his versatile harp
and dirty licks. With a deep love and knowledge of The Blues twisted
into a swelling style of his own, Yay beats the blues into submission
and bends his licks to perfection.
Terry Earl Taylor. 2014-2016
Terry was in the original line up for Automatic Annie.
We believe he is gently wheezing and blowing
and gracefully snoozing through the afternoons after a long
and very interesting musical career.
Terry 'Inspirational' Taylor has a page of his own around here somewhere!
Steve Luff - 2016 - 2017
A wonderful chromatic harp player who we enjoyed playing with very much. Steve is now soloing and teaching music.
